Reception & Administration Team
Our receptionists are a highly professional team who are your first point of contact with the Practice. They aim to ensure that you receive the best service possible from the Practice.
Sometimes the receptionists will ask for some brief information on your current needs, particularly in urgent situations. Please help them by explaining your needs and they will endeavour to find the best solution to your problem. They are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as the doctors and nurses. Our receptionists, however, are not medically trained. If you wish information in detail about practice services or medical issues, please ask to speak to one of our nursing or medical staff.
