Home Visits

If you are housebound or are unable to attend the surgery for medical reasons, the Doctor can make a home visit. If you believe a home visit is necessary, please ring the surgery before 10:30am if possible.

The Receptionist will ask for the patient's name, address, telephone number and brief description of the illness so that the Doctor can plan the order of visits.

The decision to visit will be at the Doctor's discretion and may follow a telephone conversation.
