You can also use Systmonline to order repeat prescriptions or view your medical record or view your child’s medical record if you have contacted the surgery to arrange proxy access, or view/cancel upcoming appointments.
If you require access to a recent entry or letter in your medical record, please use your NHS App/Systmonline account first. If you are unable to view the item in your medical records, you can request a copy of your medical record. Please complete our secure online form to do this.
